The original compatibility guide describes an Ubuntu/Wine setup using a ZIP package and .NET Framework 4.0. That is a legacy setup; compatibility depends on your Wine version and operating system.
The current Windows application requires .NET Framework 4.5+. Consult current Wine and Winetricks documentation for your environment before choosing a setup.
The original workflow
1. Install Wine and Winetricks for your operating system.
2. Configure the .NET runtime required by the application version.
3. Extract the application ZIP package into a folder.
4. Run the executable through Wine.
